Cynthia Wilson is the CEO of Evolution Look.
She has been in the modeling industry for 30 years.
She started her modeling career as a teenager in London and New York City.
After a successful career in those markets she settled in Washington DC doing print work, runway commercials and eventually acting.
Cynthia worked on major films starring actors such as Tom Hanks, Burt Reynolds and Goldie Hawn.
For awhile, she also worked on the other side of the camera, taking model photos and helping models put together their portfolios and advising them on breaking into the business. It was at this time that she started a training workshop and promotional agency for aspiring models. The workshops gave them the basic skills to put together portfolios, runway techniques and introductions into the business. Cynthia ran these successful workshops helping many of these models break into the business. Paul Wharton was one of her greatest success stories. He came to one of her workshops as a teenager and never left. With her tips and advice he made himself into a present day celebrity. After a successful 8 years running these modeling businesses Cynthia decided to branch out with a company that promoted and marketed the fitness industry throughout the United States, Canada, England and Scotland. But the modeling and beauty industry was always her first love so she and Paul teamed up again to open Evolution Look. She and Paul are collaborating on several books on modeling, beauty and fashion and a series of DVD's. |
